• Certification Details
• BLS must be AHA.
• ACLS must be AHA.
  • Job Details
  • On call requirement: one weekend of call per month & 1-2 days of call per week.
  • ARRT required.
  • Must be able to scrub in cases.

    • Clinical only; Required annually in specialty.
    • HIPAA, Joint Commission -NPSG, OSHA Topics
    • Required for all travelers. If placement is in a state other than home state/issuing state of compact license for RNs, address on Driver's license must match the home state for the compact license. Other documents do not meet the requirement for primary residency.
    • Qualifying reference(s) completed prior to first assignment. At least two professional references
      • Additional Details
      • Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals.
      • Nursys quick confirm verifications should be completed for all APRN, RN's and LPN/LVNs.
      • Nursys should be used to review ALL license activity in all states, not just the state of placement.
      • Copy of the physical license is not required.
      • Nursing only: Michigan hospitals need their licensure verified through LARA not NURSYs.
      • Education needs to be validated at the source level in accordance with applicable governing laws. Inaccurate information and/or unexplained gaps must be reviewed by the Third-Party.
