Requirements Dentist StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $1000.07 - $1082.55 This facility is seeking a Dentist for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details & requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Monday - Friday - flexible Patients per Day/Volume: 15-20 Types of Cases: Everything with General Dentistry Electronic Medical Record- Dentrix Board Certified or Board Eligible, Active STATE license, Drug Enforcement Administration certification (DEA), Controlled Substance Registration (CSR), and Basic Life Support(BLS) is required Facility Location Champaign-Urbana encompasses a large metropolitan area of Illinois and is home to a university and extensive medical network. The area houses a plethora of theatres, including the Krannert Center for the Performing Arts that hosts over 400 performances yearly. For outdoor entertainment and adventure visit the Champaign Park District, featuring over 80 parks and recreation centers.
