Duties/Responsibilities:


Design support - Components and assemblies - models, drawings in Creo
Component documentation - Microscope imaging, part measurement
Component assembly and test
Internal and external supplier collaboration
Fuel system (injector, pump, lines) design, assembly and test support
Collaborating with suppliers on design optimization
Team of 3 additional engineers supporting new technology introduction
Primary project is the development of a new fuel system (injector, pump, lines) for diesel engines used in industrial and machine applications

Education/Experience

Bachelor's degree in STEM field, mechanical engineering preferred
2-4 years experience required

Required Skills:


Previous experience with computer applications and software related to engineering field, such as Computer Aided Design (CAD)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawing, schematics and computer-generated reports.
Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
Capable with hands-on work - hand tools, measurement equipment, test equipment, data collection
Engine or fuel system design and development experience
Data analysis - basic statistics familiarity
Knowledgeable in Creo modeling (CREO and CREO simulate)
